be respectful of the neighbors and keep music and the television to normal
levels.

10 PM please refrain from gathering outside or keep noise to normal talking
levels.

We
ask that you do not arrive before 4PM and that you depart before noon unless
prior arrangements have been made.

We require a signed contract with full payment and a $300 security deposit ($1000 on special event weekends) prior to rental.

All
rentals subject to 6% Indiana sales tax and 3% lodging tax.
